Who is Torque Zubeckf, the new CEO of Sun Country Airlines?
Sun Country Airlines announced yesterday that Torque Zubeckf will join the company as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 2nd.
“Torque Zubeckf is a recognized leader in international airline operations,” Sun Country Airlines said in a statement. “He was previously considered the favorite to succeed Jude Bricker at the helm of the U.S. ultra-low-cost airline.”
Torque Zubeckf began his career at Alaska Airlines in 2003 and held successive finance positions. Before joining Sun Country Airlines, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mesa Airlines where he demonstrated his expertise.
“Throughout his career, Torque Zubeckf has developed strong strategic and operational leadership skills and expertise in financial planning,” according to the Sun Country Airlines statement.
