The new program includes new benefits and features:

Atmos for Business Policy
Eligibility Requirements for the Atmos for Business Program:
Companies eligible for the Alaska Airlines Atmos for Business program must:
– Have booked travel with Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines totaling at least $5,000 within the 15 months preceding their application to join the program.
– Enrollment in the Atmos for Business program is completely free.
– The Atmos for Business account does not grant access to Atmos Rewards status, but employees can still enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program on their individual flights with Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines.
Earning and using miles:
– The Atmos for Business account earns a minimum of 1 mile for every dollar spent on a flight booking with Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, based on the fare selected (except for low fares such as ID50, ID60, and ID75, which do not earn miles).
– Employees traveling for business receive miles in their Atmos Rewards account, in addition to 10% of their status points.
– Companies can book flights on Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, or a partner airline using miles accumulated in their Atmos for Business account, and can also assign an award ticket to an employee for personal travel.
– Please note that points accumulated in Atmos for Business accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other members.
– In the event of termination of membership in the Atmos for Business program, the miles remain valid for use for 12 months.
Managing your “Atmos for Business” account:
Your Atmos for Business account can be managed by one or more administrators, who will be authorized to manage account tasks such as inviting/removing employees, booking reward tickets, and adding/modifying payment information.
