Make a claim online:
Having a problem with your flight reservation, lost your luggage upon arrival, or noticed that the miles still haven’t appeared in your Rapid Rewards account? You can submit your claim to Southwest Customer Service using the online form, accessible from the Complaints section in the middle of the page.
