Atmos Rewards: Status and privileges reserved for members of the Alaska Airlines loyalty program

At Alaska Airlines, every time you fly on its lines and those of its subsidiary Alaska Airlines, you are rewarded. The Los Angeles Airport-based airline created its Atmos Rewards loyalty program to reward its most loyal customers.

With a simple online registration, you can join Atmos Rewards loyalty program and start enjoying its privileges.

The miles you earn through your flight bookings with Alaska Airlines are redeemable for a range of benefits. The more you travel, the more your points increase, the more you access a significant number of privileges.

Log in to your Atmos Rewards account

That’s it, you’ve completed your registration for the Alaska Airlines loyalty program? Now it’s time to log in to your account. To do this:

– Go to the official Alaska Airlines website.

– In the login fields, enter your credentials: Used ID or Account Number, plus your password.

– Click Sign In.

You can also access your Atmos Rewards account from the Alaska Airlines mobile app by following the same steps mentioned above.

How many Elite statuses in Atmos Rewards and how to get them?

This loyalty program is made up of four levels of Elite Status:

  • Silver: Requires 20,000 miles in your member account
  • Gold: 40,000 miles
  • Platinum: 80,000 miles
  • Titanium: 100,000 miles

 

How to use your Atmos points?

You can use your Atmos loyalty points by exchanging them for:

– Award tickets

– Upgrade to Premium Economy Class or First Class.

– Access to airport lounges (depending on the status achieved in the loyalty program)

– Hotel room reservations and car rentals

– Access the benefits of the Oneworld program by traveling with partner companies.

 

How to accumulate status points in Atmos Rewards?

Status miles are the points you earn when you make a flight reservation with Alaska Airlines. Unlike the miles you earn when you spend with the airline’s non-airline partners, such as hotels, car rental companies and restaurants, status miles are used to maintain a membership level or unlock access to a higher status. For example: For passenger from Silver to Gold level, you need 20,000 status points.

Earn Bonus Points:

  • On Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines flights

These are the points credited to your Atmos Rewards account when you book a flight, in addition to the base points you earn.

Fly in First Class and Premium Economy Class: you receive a bonus of 100% of the miles flown. Example: On a 2000 mile flight, you earn 2000 bonus points.

Fly in economy class (with Saver and Basic fare): Earn 30% bonus points only. Example: On a flight from Seattle (SEA) to San Francisco (SFO), a distance of 810 miles, you earn 243 bonus points.

  • On flights with partner airlines and Oneworld airlines

The bonus points offered to passengers vary depending on the travel class in which they booked their seats:

– Basic Economy: 25% of the distance traveled
– Standard Economy: 50% of the distance traveled
– Premium Economy: 100% of the distance traveled
– Business Class: 125% of the distance traveled
– First Class: 150% of the distance traveled
– First Class via Alaska Airlines, on an international flight: 350% of the distance traveled.

– Oneworld members: American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Fiji Airways, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Oman Air, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordanian, SriLankan Airlines

– Other airlines: Air Tahiti Nui, Aer Lingus, Aleutian Airways, Bahamasair, Cape Air, Condor Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Icelandair, Korean Air, LATAM Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Porter Airlines, Sintapore Airlines, and Starlux Airlines.

In the Atmos Rewards program, each Milestone unlocks exclusive benefits:

10K Milestone:

– 750 Bonus Points

– Order a meal (served on board) free of charge

– Benefit from the privileges reserved for Atmos Silver members on a single connection

– Free and unlimited access to Wi-Fi in the cabin

– Earn double the points usually offered by traveling on a flight with a partner airline

– Rent a car of a higher category with a standard number of miles (only once).
