As a passenger, you can make changes to your flight reservation, or even change it entirely, by paying a fee that varies depending on when you make the change:

- 13 days or less before departure: $99 per segment

If you have changed your itinerary and the fare of the new ticket is lower than the original ticket, you will receive a refund in the form of a travel credit with an expiration date.
However, if the cost of the new ticket is higher than the original ticket, Sun Country will not refund the difference.

If you have booked a flight with Sun Country to travel from Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver, and you wish to change it, the following fees will apply:

– 13 days or more before departure: $82.95
If you book your Sun Country flights with the “Flexible Fare”
The low-cost airline offers its passengers the option to book their flight with the Flexible Fare for complete flexibility.
Passengers choosing this fare can change their flight reservation (only) free of charge up to one day before departure. This change is only possible once.
Please note that this option can be added during the flight booking process (it is only available for booking through the My Trips portal).
Correction of the passenger’s name or surname on Sun Country ticket
Name corrections are permitted free of charge for bookings made directly with Sun Country, including those made through a third-party agency (partners only).
This includes correcting the spelling of the name or a change of legal status.

If, after a change, the price of the flight or hotel booking decreases, Sun Country will not refund the difference.
Travelers can no longer change their hotel reservation within 4 days of the start of their trip within the United States. Hotel reservations included in an international travel package are non-modifiable starting 13 days before departure.
