In an effort to strengthen its summer destination network in Europe, Delta Airlines is looking to add a new destination to its network, but appears to be torn between three options: Ibiza (IBZ), Malta (MLA), and Olbia, Sardinia (OLB).
The American carrier has therefore decided to leave this task to its employees and passengers, entrusting them with the task of choosing the new destination to join its network as part of its “Road Race” campaign.
Delta Air Lines states that only SkyMiles members can participate in this vote, which will take place from August 25th to 29th via the Fly Delta app.
Delta Air Lines in Europe
The airline, based at New York JFK Airport, serves 33 destinations in Europe, and its services are complemented by an extensive connecting network to several other destinations on the continent thanks to its partnerships with several major European airlines such as Air France, KLM, Czech Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and others.
