American Airlines has inaugurated a new scheduled bus route between Rockford and O’Hare. The service, created in partnership with Landline, will officially launch on October 20th.
Up to five departures are scheduled daily in each direction. The journey time is estimated at one and a half hours.
This motorcoach service announced by American Airlines aims to facilitate travel for passengers who have booked a flight between Rockford and O’Hare, with a connecting flight departing from Chicago. This shuttle will allow them to easily reach Chicago-O’Hare Airport, as they will only need to check in once at Rockford Airport.
Upon arrival, passengers will be dropped off directly at the airport’s boarding area without having to go through security.
To provide this shuttle, American Airlines operates a luxury bus with a capacity of 35 passengers. It features leather seats and high-speed Wi-Fi.
How much does this shuttle cost?
The cost of the service is included in the ticket originally booked with American Airlines (estimated at USD 30).
