Alaska Airlines and its sister company, Hawaiian Airlines, have been certified as 5-Star Airlines by the official APEX 2025 ranking, a recognized research and evaluation organization specializing in customer travel experience.
At the APEX/IFSA Awards ceremony in Long Beach, both U.S. airlines received the “World Class Award,” a special recognition awarded by verified passengers and hundreds of airlines for their performance in areas such as safety, customer well being and sustainability.
Alaska Airlines notes that to compile this ranking, more than one million flights were rated by passengers from over 600 airlines worldwide.
