Starting December 13, Sun Country Airlines will operate two weekly flights between Minneapolis-Saint Paul and Cyril E. King International Airport on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas.
This addition will come at the expense of the ultra-low-cost airline’s customers, who plan to improve their connectivity to St. Thomas, the U.S. Virgin Island offering a true escape from the winter cold thanks to its heavenly beaches stretching for miles of white sand.
In a press release, the low-cost carrier based at Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport announced that this additional service will be included in its schedule on this route until April 12, 2026.
Beginning on this date, Sun Country Airlines will operate two weekly flights to St. Thomas every Saturday and Sunday using the 737-800.
Departure from Minneapolis will be at 8:14 a.m. The flight arrives in the Caribbean island at 2:30 PM.
