American Airlines confirms its ambitions for business travelers with the inauguration of a business lounge at Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT). Named Provisions, it is designed for Admirals Club customers.
Spanning 186 square meters, the Provisions Admirals Club lounge is located in Concourse A of the airport, right next to Gate A1. This unique lounge features a business center equipped with computers, color printers, and scanners, a quiet area with several sleeper chairs with individual screens, and a shower area.
Heather Garboden, Chief Customer Officer of American Airlines, announced on the occasion of this new development: “We have created a carefully designed sanctuary to enhance the comfort and convenience of American Airlines’ diverse travel groups and meet their evolving needs in the years to come. Our customers can enjoy world-class products and services including tempting dining options.”
Provisions by Admirals Club: Who can access it?
In addition to passengers who are members of the American Airlines Admirals Club loyalty program, the Provisions Lounge is also accessible to members with One World qualified status or those with a Citi AAdvantage Executive credit card.
Ineligible passengers or visitors wishing to access this lounge must purchase a One Day Pass, which costs $79 or 7900 AAdvantage miles, and which has a validity period of 24 hours.
