American Airlines: James Beard menus are available in its flagship lounges

Flagship Lounges, located throughout major airports across the United States, open their doors daily to welcome American Airlines customers. This time, they are invited to sample and savor menus inspired by James Beard Foundation chefs.

Open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the Flagship Lounges now offer a variety of à la carte options as well as fast food for those in a hurry. The restaurant now offers new menus and meals focusing on quality, homemade dishes, and freshness, with Michelin-starred chefs at the helm, each offering a deliberately streamlined menu to deliver the best every time:

At Philadelphia Airport (PHL): Chef Randy Rucker
At Los Angeles Airport (LAX): Chef Brandon Kida
At Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW): Chef Tiffany Derry
At Miami Airport (MIA): Chef Timon Balloo

Examples of new recipes from AA’s à la carte menus offered in its Flagship Lounge restaurants:
