Although we are still in the second half of 2025, American Airlines is already beginning to prepare its schedule and unveil its new services for 2026.
AA’s announcements for next year include the addition of five new flights to Europe.
On March 29, AA will launch its first flight between Miami and Milan, Italy, joining the recently inaugurated route to Rome.
On May 21, the Oneworld alliance airline will launch four new flights to four destinations in Europe. These are Athens, Greece, and Zurich, Switzerland, both benefiting from several weekly flights from Dallas Fort Worth. These flights will be operated by a three-class Boeing 777-200 offering 37 Business Class seats and 24 Premium Economy seats.
The two other destinations joining American Airlines’ international network are Budapest (Hungary) and Prague (Czech Republic), which will connect to Philadelphia International Airport by Boeing 787-8 aircraft with 234 seats in three cabins.
According to Brian Znotins, American Airlines’ senior vice president of network and schedule planning: “Our airline is delighted to announce these five new routes to stunning destinations in Europe, which will be ideal for both business and leisure travelers.”
